I have never had much faith in our leaders. It seems to me they can't stand on their own ideas now-- Most I find cowardly. Maybe I expect too much.

Well I don't have too much faith in them because its all special interest groups and big business running things. But right now its the best system we have, and maybe just maybe someone I vote for will thing of the poor middle class person who has to work two jobs just to make ends meet. While the wellfare group get everything and the rich struggle for nothing, leaving up to the middle class to carry the ball

My thoughts - They worry about the party (Dem's or Rep's) and not what will benefit all citizens. Government must watch what they spend just as we do in our own homes. When they chose to spend and tax and then spend more and more and then cry because we do not pay enough in taxes, this is not good for anyone but the pockets all the money go into. We depend on the government for too much sometimes and maybe we need to take control of our own lives.

I have absolutley no trust or faith in the idiots who have the power to run this country...they are all morons. Every last one of them. The day any of them can come out and say the truth instead of ducking and diving, ignoring, or just try to hide things from the people of this country then I will trust them, but so far no politician has ever done that in the history of this government.

Yes, I believe we have "good" leaders in that they are "ok". But the money factor leaves a lot of good and humble people out of politics. Therefore we lose many of our decent leadership out because they simply cannot afford to get into that game. So yea we got good but not as good as they could be.

Most are not so good..
Some better than others..
Currently, the Dems seem to be willing to trade our nations security for their own personal gain...
We have got to find a way to institute term limits, pay limits and benefit limits for politicians...
Gonna be tough because it is these very same politicians who vote on these matters...
