By entering the three candidates for nearest station (Addison and Sheridan stations on Red Line, and Addison station on Brown Line), the closest is confirmed to be Addison station on Red Line. It is about 600 metres away. Yo just go south on N Clark St until you hit W Addison St. You turn left and you will find the station less than two blocks away.

Red Line, addison. If you live by the brown line instead, you can switch to the red line at belmont and go one stop north.
