Yes I have rejected someone. It was a long, long time ago. I didn't feel like it would work between us. No I wasn't in the closet. I'm straight. But you posed an interesting question.

Yes. I was not in the closet, but have rejected someone on more than one occasion because I knew it was not in either of our best interests. On one occasion it was someone who had a girlfriend that he eventually married, and on another occasion it was a bi-polar guy with a boyfriend who was off of his medications.

Yes because no matter whether you like them or not it's not always the right thing to do. Example. Your ex-girlfriend who is in a relationship. i still like her but i said no for her sake not mind.
