yeah.... I think its the strength or bond you have with the person. You can feel it more than once... You can have a few soul mates..... yeah I believe this is true .. look at your loves in school versus say your 30's . Depending on how you have grown as a person.... they might be very doffernt than someone your attracted to say tonight...
BUT on the other hand you can be with your high school sweet heart...and be in your 40's you have grown together and not apart.... yeah... I think its possible... and have had to do it... its hard ............but its done daily.

Sure. For most people, having and losing a true love can make it very difficult to trust another person enough to develop true love again. It's risky to trust because you might get your heart stomped. Also, losing the first love is so painful that many people would rather not find true love again if it means risking losing that love as well some day.

But if you're willing to take the risk, you certainly can find true love again.

Depends on what you mean by "true love". Yes you can "fall in love" over and over again. But "true love" will take time...time to build a good solid relationship so that when your mate is hurting so are you and you ll be there no matter how bad things get.

Yes..absolutely. Just realize loving one person is never quite the same as loving another. One love does not replace the other ever...A new love is just in addition to other loves you may have had. They can be equally as strong - but still unique in the relationships you had with each.

A good example is that I volunteer at a grief center. I have seen people lose their spouses...and later on find a new love and get married again...not just for comfort - but for real love. I have one widower I counsel that was married for 30 yrs the first time - she died of cancer. At the age of 52 he re-married..and was married to her for 19 years..and she passed away last year. He told me he loved both of them and felt double blessed in his life to have had two wifes that he loved from the bottom of his heart. At 73?..he's out there dating again...lol...good for him! I wish him love for a 3rd time...that man will live well into his 90s with that attitude.

True love?...at least 3 or 4 but after 5, well that's when you start asking questions like that anyway, assuming that you are asking from an adult perspective.
