i was hit in my right ear and lower jaw im dizzy and feel like a crazy cant see or know where i am when i stand .icant hear anyone but myself in my rightear yet my lef is starting to feel clogged and pressure major

ear injuries can cause dizziness and can also cause you to feel disoriented.
you should seek medical attention asap b/c there is a slight chance you might have a low grade concussion.
the fact that you are overwhelmingly dizzy and feel confused and disoriented upon standing indicates a serious problem and significant injury to your ear.
in severe cases, if left untreated or looked into-this could cause permanent hearing loss, especially if you've ruptured your eardrum.
have someone take you to the nearest emergency room or urgent care center. you can also call your family dr to see if you can be seen there.

You need to seek medical attention. It sounds like you may have ruptured your ear drum, and you may have fluid backed up, causing you to experience off set equilibrium.

you may have: eustachian tube dysfunction. Read thelink below...it is brief + it has a good diagram of the ear...I hand it out to my patients that need more ear info..
