Dubya without a doubt. Supportive Americans that voted for him the first and second time were being lied to like the rest of us. Those poor misguided creatures can't seem to live with reality, and grasp the simple truth that Bush doesn't really care about them. He just wanted their votes. We shouldn't fault people who are too naive, inept to make logical choices.
