Whoa. You are presuming way too much. The above question apparently voices what YOU think is America's greatest threats. You seem to be inferring that those said attacks are occurring on a daily basis.
My opinion, Bush is creating a central focusing point for the terrorists, and creating even more hatred towards America. I also think our southern border is more of a threat, than a terrorist showing up in my back yard, like Mr. Bush keeps repeating. Illegal immigration is more of a threat to our culture than terrorists, or radical Islamists.

Well, it actually started well before that. Remember Iranians in what '79, under Carter. I'm not blaming Carter, I'm just illustrating it to point out that they care little about political parties and this has been going on a long time. Due to appeasement, and denial, we have gotten to this point. At least Bush recognizes the problem, even if he hasn't done a good job of handling the problem.
The plan should good leadership in the UN that will level real sanctions against governments that support terrorists, and really back those sanctions up. Then real pressure to dispose dictators, and support free countries. It is hard for terrorism to survive in free countries. All free countries should stand up against these countries. Sharia law can not survive in free countries.
