A baby poops paper.

My daughter loved to eat paper when she was littler (6-12 months). Dirt too.

Interesting diapers those were.

Unless they eat a ton of it, or choke on a big piece of it, eating paper won't hurt them

No big deal. Just try to avoid letting the baby eat too much inky paper (like newspapers or magazines). The ink can make them sick in higher amounts. But, a little bit of paper doesn't really hurt.

He gets a little more fiber in his diet. Seriously, all kidding aside, there's really no harm. My baby ate a button, and I didn't realize it until it came out the other end. He'll be okay, so long as that's not all he's eating!

As the others stated, some paper won't hurt a baby, it's just wood you know, and wood is simply fiber, they will poop it out. :)

I don't know...nothing happened to me, he might become constipated, but that's what everyone use to tell me " don't eat that it'll make you constipated" "or that" "and that" I use to eat weird things like Matches, Paper, Straws, Styrofoam...never did anything to me.

Hopefully, it was not much paper. One little baby boy, ate newspaper and choked to death on it. So please keep the papers away from these little precious babies.

Nothing, they just poo it out.. my daughter was always chewing up magazines, not that I left them out for her but if she did get her hands on one she'd try and eat it
