You could look this up in any dictionary. Right after the pronounciation is the type of word it is.

looks like you have an assignment that you need help with. Your text book is an excellent resource. By the way I thought the presidential election was 2008 and even if it was this year, a president who has been elected to two terms can not be elected again unless they changed the law and didn't tell us.
