I get stressed out to with school and family. The best thing I can recommend to you is do something that relaxes you, I like to do yoga and meditation. I'm in a drama class and my teacher showed me some meditaion, I'll tell you some. First you lay on the floor legs bent feet planted on the floor put your hands on your stomach, and breath in your nose and out your mouth. close your eyes, Then start to relax every single muscle in your body, first start with your toes then feet. You should feel like they just melt away and they are no longer attached to you. do this all the way up to your head, while keeping your breathing steady. you know that you are totally relaxed when you can relax your tongue. this will calm you down and make you feel more relaxed. Another one is a psycological exercise. You lay down, close your eyes, relax every muscle, do the breathing then you imagine your self sinking down a level from reality, your just below the surface, you are still aware of your surrounding, then sink another level to level 2, you are now even more unaware of your surroundings. then sink down levels in order, each level being less and less aware, when you get to 8 think of a very happy place that you would want to be, 9 happy place but with less detail, and in 10, You must think to your self, positive things say them over and over again in your head, like "I will be less stressed", "I will do well" stuff like that don't think of any thing negative. now go back up through the levels and return to level 1 while saying these positve things to your self. when you get above level 1 open your eyes and you should feel a lot happier. It might or might not work, just give it a try. It is used to help people with depression, by proffesional doctors. I hope this helps you.

I have noticed when I try too hard to relax it won't happen. I do a few different things such as pray, read the Bible, putting my worries completely in God's hands, go for a walk, and relaxation techniques such as deep cleansing breaths and meditation. Sometimes just laying on the bed or taking a bubble bath with no lights on and listening to some relaxing music can clear my mind and get me to relax like I need to. Even when we think are too busy to take time for ourselves, that's when we need to find some time to do that. Believe me, I understand about being busy and being stressed out, but we need to take time for ourselves no matter how little the amount of time it is. It helps us focus and do better in life in general.

I have always recomennded these steps:

1) Look at the positive aspect of every supposed negative situation. Optimism goes a long way.
2) Find time to do something fun in your day. Odds are, you have the time, its just how to utilize it best that is stressing you out.
3) Take time to meditate/pray or whatever you choose to do to relax your body, mind, and soul.

just keep doing what your doing. If your trying your best and hardest it will pay off soon. Dont expect things to just come to you just like that. take a breath and think about all the things you have done. Realize that you are trying you best and theres no need to stress out. Talk to your friends, parents, or teacher about it. If theres something specific thats stressing you out im sure they can help you out.

Go to church, and get saved. If your not already. Then put your faith in Jesus. Cause Jesus will take care of you. If you dont believe me just ask Jesus and he will show you.
