the sea journey from rome to antioch took at least two weeks if the whether was good. exactly how many miles were traveled in this trip?

As the crow flies, Antyaka is about 1300 miles SE of Rome.
But as far as sailing, you would have to go around the southern part of Italy and then across north of Cyprus.
Best guess is around 1500 miles.
