I live in an apt. and the whole apt. is those old style linoleum floors...the tile kind. Some paper with writing on it got wet on the floor and now its stained. Can someone tell me how to get it up, i've tried using floor cleaners but it doesn't work.

I would never have believed it if it didn't just happen to me but....hair spray. Cheap Rave hair spray will take ink out of ANYTHING. I tried using Aquanet (because someone told me to use VERY cheap hair spray), but Rave worked 100 times better. Whatever the ingredient that's in it works miracles. Try this first before using any expensive cleaners. I'm telling you, you'll be amazed.

First - Don't use nail polish remover!! - It'll ruin the tile. Try a Mr Clean Magic Eraser or you could also try a cleaner called Mean. Green. They sell Mean Green at a lot of dollar stores.

Yup that person is correct who said cheap cheap hairspray. It's a waitress trick from my grandmother's day. When she had to wear a white uniform at a restaurant she worked at and she would forget to cap her pen the ink would write all over and soak thru to the outside of her pockets. She'd spray her uniform each night before washing it. and it all came out....
