But I am extra too paranoid...
The thing is I had a shower with my b/f, his penis never touched me, but he was leaking lubricant fluid, maybe the water made me get spilled with some?

Unless it touched you in that area to be able to swim up into you then I doubt you are pregnant you are just worrying too much so come down take a deep breath and relax, slim to none chance that you are pregnant. Wish you the best!!

The other answer was wrong, anytime a bodily fluid from a male comes into contact with your vagina, you can become pregnant. Pre-ejaculation contains sperm as well, so you should be checked just in case. Best Wishes!

You are probably not pregnant, VERY unlikely. But, sex isn't required to get pregnant, only sperm, so no you don't actually have to have sex. But it is very unlikely that you will get pregnant from taking a shower with your boyfriend. If you are this paranoid, consider birth control, or maybe not taking hot & heavy showers, or having sex.
