me and my brother was in walmart the other day, we had went to the electronics dept. and blasted one the cd players with e-40. while we were going dumb, my brother knocked a shelf over, and everythang fell.
the manager came and he called the police, we said f*** you and ran out the store knocking more stuff down. lol, we had fun.

yes, you should sue Walmart. Be sure to go to the Police and file a report about what happened. You will want to go back to the store and find out the names of the manager and any other employees that you met. You'll probably want to take pictures of the shelves and stereos and stuff that fell over. Be sure to give your name and address to the store manager so he will recognize it when the lawsuit gets started. That should teach them to mess with you. Also be sure to give the Walmart employees lots of attitude and make threats to any that don't seem intimidated. You may want to videtoape your visit and turn the tape into the police.

You have no justification to sue Wal-Mart. You were damaging their merchandise and making an environment in which other customers may feel uncomfortable (not everyone is a fan of e-40). In fact, the store manager would have more justification to sue you, although I doubt he will.

If the whole event were true, you will be sure to get a visit from the police as the surveillance cameras in the store had recorded the entire event and has been turned to police as evident. You may be the 'play toy' of your cellmate soon. There will be more fun to come.

Judging from this info, you don't have any grounds for a lawsuit against Wal-Mart. They could file a lawsuit against you and your brother for destruction of property, but I seriously doubt they will. They might make you pay for the merchandise you wrecked if they watch the surveillance tapes.

Perhaps you could file a law-suit against your parents for doing such a lousy job raising you two. You will pay for it one way or the other... The suffering that comes from deeds like this have life long consequences. Be wary! You are being watched.

you should have been stopped and arrested for destruction of property.
if not... the manager you swore at should have beat you senseless and said if i go to jail for beating you...my friends will beat you every day of your lives!
