Alpha Kappa Alpha and Alpha Phi Alpha are brothers and sisters in the sense that there was a commonality among our early members. We are not constitutionaly bound one to another. As far as Alpha Kappa Alpha and Kappa Alpha Psi on some campuses the call themselves brother and sisters because of commonalities in their sayings: AKA: Pretty Girls, KAPsi: Pretty Boys.......Pretty Girls Like Pretty Boys.

Neither of our organizations our bound together by our constitutions. The only group that is: Phi Beta Sigma and Zeta Phi Beta......ie you may see their name written: Zeta Phi Beta Sigma.
