Perhaps you could wear a nice sweater, or pastel colored top, and a blazer or cardigan over it. A skirt or dress is more appropriate than pants. Make sure that everything is clean and pressed neatly. Try to color-coordinate your attire, as well. Do not try to get overly fancy. Also, if you can fix your hair so that it is neat and out of your eyes, would be helpful.

Black pants or skirt, nice blouse, cardigan or blazer, shiny shoes , try clothes before interview, have someone inspect you,(your mom, aunt or a friend) walk around in your interview clothes, I mean practise to enter and leave a room ask your observer to comment on the impression you give. Feel absolutely comfortable in the clothes you have chosen. You will gain a lot of self confidence. No heavy makeup discreet jewelry immaculate nails, best not to use colourful nail polish,. The secret is to keep the interviewer focused on you and not distract him or her with garish accessories or nailpolish. Simple hairdo. Project sincere and professional demeanor. Smile and listen attentively. Prepare some questions to ask because you will be asked if you have any. Good luck.

no t shirts or jeans you know something you would wear to church or to a family party. collard shirt and dress pants looks sharp think sharp and intelligent. Have a great smile and confidence even if you don't feel to confident it will make you stand out and get the job. Talk about how great of an opportunity you think this would be and how excited to be a part of the company you would be. Be flexible, confident yet humble good luck

Then go get one. Get a dress shirt [ ie collar with buttons, not a polo]. White top, black skirts [blouse]. Maybe a pearl necklace? Is that too formal? Black and White does the job. No obscene jewlery or ugly make up- like dark eyeliners, retarded looking eyeshadows, and excessive blush and concealers.
You will NEED ONE for future stuff ie PRESENTATIONS:speechs, persuasive speeches. Trust me, YOU WILL GET ONE SOON, so you might as well do the shopping for it now!
Including shoes! BLACK-closed toe shoes.
Ask your mom to go shopping with you.
Oh sorry, if you're a guy.
Dress shirts and dress pants with dress shoes. Go shopping with your dad.
BTW, EITHER WAY-MALE OR FEMALE- someday , and an IMMINENT DAY [comming soon, very likely to happen] YOU WILL NEED TO DRESS FORMALLY! either for a dinner party, SWEET SIXTEENS, etc.

lol, at first I was going to say suit, but then I read the question carefully...
anyways, do you have any dress pants that are preferably black? If you do, pair it with a nice long-sleeved shirt or sweater that's preferably white.
That's probably be good enough for gr. 7, if not, borrow a dress shirt from your parents.

Wear a nice dress shirt with a collar and pressed slacks and dress shoes. Make sure you wear colored socks with your dress shoes...No White Sport Socks...those are very unprofessional looking.
Or a skirt that comes just below the knees with panty hose and a collared dress shirt.
Make sure you go lightly on your make up, and don't wear too much perfume.

Dress to make you presentable. No needed to wear suit and tie, unless the job is a big Corporation.
Just jeans, no open-toes shoes, and a long sleeve or short sleeve shirt.
If you're going to wear a dress pants (preferably black color), make sure to wear a blue dress shirt (shows loyalty). And black shoes. no boots with dress pants.
Good luck!!

Okay it dsn't have to be a button down top...but definitely not jeans! Get a decent formal looking top,not one that shows of every curve or one with so many colours, just nice decent fitting top that doesn't show extra skin with a pair of black office looking pants. Have your nicely pulled in a pony tail cute lil' earrings to match your top and a wonderful smile on your face along with self confidence and u r ready to go.....
