Damp a piece of useless clothe by a glass cleaner liquid & clean the monitor with it.

Don't use a glass cleaner, like others have suggested. LCD screens have a film over the glass called a polarizer. Solvents in glass cleaners, like ammonia, will damage the screen over time.

Alcohol can leave streaks and may discolor the screen.

I use http://www.pixelclean.com and it works great.

Good luck
