Download a spyware scanning program (such as Spybot) and run them. Then, download a program called HijackThis. It won't fix anything on your computer, it just gives you a log that someone who can fix your computer can read and see what's wrong. Find a website that helps with HijackThis logs and show them the log. They'll tell you exactly what you should delete and keep.

Download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoft.com.
Free.
Or pay $46 for CyberDefender and cover yourself 95% of the time. Not any package catches 100% of problems. I have both.
