I want to get a divorce from my current husband who is incarcerated doing a 10 yr sentence. He has7 more years before his release date. We were married 4 months after he was sentenced. We were married by proxy. How do I go about getting a divorce, without the high prices of attorney fees.If he doesnt contest the divorce, will it be a fairly simple one? We have no children together, and no personal property to dispute.

I think you can just go to the court clerk and get the forms to fill out. If he can't contest it, you have no problem.
There may even be papers online to meet your needs.
Good luck

I would recommend going to a divorce attorney or paralegal licensed in the state where you live. They can best advise you how to go about either dissolving your marriage or obtaining a divorce.

I've also heard that Reno, Nevada is a place where someone can get a quickie divorce.

Cheers!

nicely if he hasnt been divorced long and she or he's the 1st lady that has been in his existence considering his divorce , she must be the rebound lady ... perchance he only desires time , he ought to nevertheless have thoughts for the ex , ... or he only dont decide on dedication ... she will the two wait and spot if he alterations his concepts or pass on ..
