The farmer says it right after Babe herds all the sheep and wins the competition.
That was one of my faorite movies as a child...

Oh my gosh!!!! It is definitely from Babe Pig in the City. When my son was younger, he had a huge fixation on pigs for some reason. He said they were so cute and pink and all that ( who knows, oh well) Needless to say he had the Babe movies, figures, etc.,etc. We even had his birthday theme one year in Babe. We watched those movies over and over. Believe it or not, the thing that actually stuck out most in my mind about those movies was when the old Farmer said those words to Babe," That'll do pig. That'll do." It's a really great movie even for adults to watch. Oh, by the way, my son is almost 12 and he STILL likes pigs! He still has the huge Babe pig pillow on his bed to this day!!!

It's from the book, Babe the Gallant Pig, by Dick King-Smith. It was made into a movie as well.

Well, everyone says it's from Babe, so it must be from Babe. But it's funny, because on Shrek (2003), Shrek says, "That'll do donkey, that'll do.". Basically the same thing. Weird.
