No, the meaning is completely different than what a boy has. Girls get wet when they are turned on. If they are turned on during their sleep then they get wet. Obviously this prepares them for sex. When a male has that it is a spurt of fluid but it's not the same. Girls get "lubed" (prepared for sex) not the same as the guys "wet" dream.

Yes, in the sense she is "wet" inside vagina, a preparory syndrome for having sex when excited. If she gets orgasm the wetting will be more. But doesn't ejaculate like men. This is why men gets embarrassed after wet dream because it's a mess.
