Breast milk does not come in until about 3 days after the birth of the baby. Before the birth, mom is producing colostrum which is an early form of breast milk filled with good vitamins and nutrition for the baby. If you are talking about expressing the colostrum from mom's breasts inducing labor then no, that's not how it works. Leave the colostrum alone. There isn't anything that brings on labor any faster. Some people will suggest walking, having sex, eating spicy food, driving down bumpy roads, but I tried all of those things and none of them made my labor come any faster.

Unless told by your doctor that it's okay to try to go into labor at home, please don't try it. Having a premature delivery could be very dangerous. 9 times out of 10 at home remedies don't cause you to go into labor.. It's meant to happen on it's own.... let the process happen naturally!!!!!
