called the school of hard knocks. it's part of growing up, sometimes we fail to remember our past, so we repeat the same old mistakes and we are doomed to repeat the same heartache over and over till we learn, till we get it right. pain is a good teacher, pain causes us to change, and causes us to see life differently.sometimes god is trying to teach us something, by removing something from our lives that will only destroy us. sometimes we can't understand the heartache involved, and we don't understand why, but we just got to trust that god knows what he is doing and maybe we don't. pain and heartache has it's purpose, we either learn from it, or keep repeating it until we get it right.that thing u call heartache sometimes is meant to grow us up, and we have to find the lesson in it. also i have found alot of my pain and heartache was caused by not living in god's will. people have many different opinions on god, does he exist, but i believe he does, and when we are brokenhearted, and down, we can call upon him when we need help, and there is always a way out of it. things happen for a reason, we aren't suppose to understand everything. sometimes we have heartache through no falt of our own, but because of someone else's bad selfish choices. when were brokenhearted and we feel there is no hope, we pray, and we get god involved in our hurt.

Based on my readings from the bible, when you experience pain and heartache, its because something in your life isn't going the way its suppose to, plus, its designed to help your soul grow. God promises for every bad thing that happens, something good will come from it. We never know why something bad has to happen, but, through my experience, the bible has been right every time. I'm not sure what your experiencing, but, in the end you will feel so much better. You have to let yourself move on, if you cant, then your always going to experience the pain and heartache, and this will not allow anything new to come into your life.

Because the good, fun times never cause us to pause, stop and think about those fun times. Only the painful times make us stop and ask ALL sorts of questions. And we go on a "search" for the answers - and hopefully, you will learn something usefull. Painful times make us look inward, and at the meaning of life. The good times are just that (thank goodness!) : Good times. I hope if you're going thru a hard time, it gets better soon. That is something you will learn and it may come as a surprise: you will go thru pain and heartache, but it will get better.

We learn only through pain and heartache because we know that we never want to have that thing happen again so we try our very best to avoid it.

Because sometimes for some of us, the only way we are able to learn is from the pain. Because it's like the saying, what does not kill us only makes us stronger.
I've had to learn from pain about how to be a better husband and father. Because I had hurt my wife and almost ended up getting divorced, and we seperated, and it was painful, but from that I learned that I needed to put my wife and kids before myself and not think about myself.

May be because that is what is called personal experience. It really gives the lesson as it ought to be given. There is no mistake when pain and heartache teach you. You really feel their effect. They hurt and hurt way deep down. They come from experience.

Well, it's not...it's just that the painful lessons we tend to remember more vividly than the ones that don't hurt...we can learn at any time, and through all our emotions...things that hurt us, stick with us more because strong feelings (even though negative) are evoked...
All lessons are worth taking forward with us however...and the painful ones are helpful in that we tend to be more careful not to repeat whatever it was that brought us the pain...
I'm sorry you are apparently hurting...but know that when the pain subsides, you will have something of value to take forward with you, and hopefully that will help to bring you joy in the future...

If learning lessons were easy as listening to mom and dad, we'd never learn to take risks. Sometimes even the risks are worth the possibility of reward, and the hope that things will work gives us a chance to make the mistakes from which others will benefit.

Because most of the time when your happy and see your friends hurting and having problems, your in denial thinking it will never happen to you, then it does. You have to learn how not to get into trouble when your happy.Watch the world around you and learn from it.
