OK, don't kill me for being obsessive. If all 5 tests came back positive I wouldn't be on here. 2 Clear Blue Digital came back positive, 1 EPT digital came back positive, and 1 First Response came back positive. The other First Response test (which came in the same box as the other one) came back negative. I don't know if I did it wrong. The one that came back negative was the one I dipped in a cup, not directly peed on. That's the difference. I went to peeonastick.com, it confused me even more. Has this happened to anyone else? (Or am I just obsessing?) I really do want to be pregnant, my husband and I are trying. If that one little test didn't come back negative, I would not have ANY doubt in my mind...any other similar experiences?

You are pregnant. period. the rule is, basically, there are no false positives, only false negatives. that's why tests are coming two a box now. Of course one in a million will come back false positive, but 4 out of 5 pregnancy tests can't be wrong! Congrats! Make an appointment with you doc and start rubbing lotion on you tummy.

When I was pregnant. I took 4 tests. 3 positives and 1 negative...and if I remember correctly, it was one of the 1st response that came back neg. One was + the other -.
Go to the Dr to have them confirm it. But, it sounds like you are. Congrats!

You wanna talk about obsessing? I took 18 hpt then had a blood test. All the hpt but 1 came up negative. Then I got my blood test. It was borderline!!!!! I couldn't believe they couldn't even tell me for sure. 2 days later I had another blood test (Dr. orders) and it was positive!!! FINALLY!!!! I am now 9 weeks 4days pregnant. I definitely think CONGRATS are in order here. Don't let that one test ruin your happiness. Enjoy being pregnant and welcome to the club!!!!!

I took 2 ept in a cup came out faintly positive two clear blue easy came out more positive one accu check came out very positive. with the ept I wasnt sure but turns out i was i'm now 33 weeks and waiting with my third this was really strange to me with my first two pregnancies the test all came out very positive.

Congrats ~ you are pregnant. sometimes a test can be bad, call your dr and go in for a test. they can do a urine test and/or a blood test. if you dont have a dr, go to planned parenthood. Are you late for your period? have you had any other symptoms? with my 1st baby my sense of smell was really strong, with my 2nd i had to pee ALL the time. Call your Dr tomorrow. good luck!!

You're pregnant, end of story. Pregnancy tests are designed to ONLY react if the hCG hormone is present. First Response sucks, we've already established that ..... lol

the negative one doesnt matter.. tests can be false negative but its EXTREMELY rare to have a false positive especially FOUR times.. congrats :)
