Quite possibly.
By now it is safe to say swelling is over and it is truly the bone that is out of place.
You need to see a Dr as there may be bone problems that you can't even see.
The question is,IS there other facial trauma?
Does the injury only involve the cheek bone or is there fracture to the orbital floor. . . only an Xray will show with certainty.
You may require surgery but if the Xray shows that the healed fracture(s) are OK,you may just have to live with the outcome unless you are willing to pay for cosmetic reconstruction.
Surgery will involve having to sever the broken bone with a saw and wiring it back together. They may even need to use screws depending on the fracture.
A blow to the face that was hard enough to break your cheekbone this bad may have caused you some eye problems that you haven't been aware of.
Go see your Dr.
