One is the leader of his country but not chosen democratically who has authorised the unprovoked invasion of a sovereign territory, condoned Human Rights abuses, the detention of people without trial and the use of torture. He has a limited grasp on the English language and is a religious bigot.
The other was the one time leader of Iraq...

I hope this isn't a serious question.
Saddam has killed hundreds of thousands of his own people. Not only did he sanction rape, murder and torture often carried out by his sons. His people lived in constant fear of being abducted in the middle of the night never to be seen again.
George Bush may be a lot of things and you may disagree with his policies but he is none of the above. The comparison is ridiculous and insulting to any thinking person.
