I'm OK with the change. But my body has not changed. I get up at 5 a.m. and am ready for bed by 9:30 p.m. Eventually I will get adjusted.

Why don't they just change it 1/2 hour and leave it. Everybody says that you get an extra hour of sleep when the clocks are set back, but all that happens is I get up an hour earlier.

I never really understood the time change thing. Put it back to daylight savings time and keep it there. Winter time is such a bummer cause it gets dark so early.

For me, this is better than when we have to spring forward the time. Now that will take me about a couple of weeks to a month to get my system back in the routine.
