First of all, realize that it's a medical condition and happens to a lot more people than you probably think. I'm assuming this has been happening for your whole life and you've already tried all the basic advice like cutting back on liquids before bed, emptying your bladder right before going to sleep, etc. I'm also assuming you've been to a doctor at least recently enough to make sure there's no major organic condition causing this to happen (urinary tract infection, diabetes, etc. -- if you haven't been checked for these things, though, please do so!).
That said... there are still things you can try to do to make things easier on yourself. First, make sure you have at least some sort of waterproof protection on your mattress (a plastic sheet, or a waterproof-lined mattress pad) so that cleaning up isn't too much of a headache, because this isn't something you can just stop doing overnight. As far as actually stopping the bedwetting, part of that depends on how often you still do it -- if it's every night or nearly every night, many adults in your situation have success with an alarm system that sets a buzzer off to wake you up at the first instant you start urinating in your bed, so that your body can learn to associate the feeling of a full bladder with the need to wake up before it's too late. Some relatively cheap models are available at http://www.bedwettingstore.com If it's just an occasional problem, you might consider trying some bladder muscle exercises to strengthen your bladder's ability to "hold on" at night. A couple of these are described in detail at http://www.spont.com/sleepwetting.html
I hope you're able to find some success with this. I know quite a lot about what you've experienced -- I also wet my bed on and off even into my college years, and even now at 29 it still happens occasionally, although it's really rare now. There's no "magic bullet" to make it stop, but hopefully at least you can make it easier for yourself to deal with and maybe reduce the frequency of it a little bit. Please feel free to contact me through my profile if you have any other questions or just want to talk about it more.

Yo man I'm 20 and still pee the bed about once a month. Its no big dea if ya don't let it get to you. First make sure you get a clean checkup from a doctor just in case it is diabities or kidney problems or something like that. If all checks out then just find out how you feel best dealing with it. For me since it is only about once a month I just deal with the wet sheets, drawerz, shorts in the morning, no big deal. When I sleep away from home I wear goodnites so I don't embarass myself by wetting in someone elses bed. Good luck man.

You can try bladder training: set your alarm for two or three wake-ups a night and go to the pot at that time no matter what. Eventually, your body will catch on and you'll only need to go at those times and will automatically wake up! I'm a CNA and we do this regularly for residents in rehabilitaion facilities.

See your doctor as there is something not functioning properly, medication for urinary disorders are out there. Other than that, don't drink too much before going to bed.

See your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give medical advice. People on this site are not.
