Slice, fry til brown on both sides. Serve with French Toast. Also, a favorite sandwich of my husband's uses Spam and even though it sounds weird, it is actually delicious! Chop the Spam into small chunks, saute til brown, mix with tuna salad. Put on white bread with mayo. This is actually quite good, sort of like putting bacon on your tuna sandwich I suppose.

I'm guessing it's a filter for your email to block unwanted advertisements, etc (SPAM). Everyone should have a spam filter in their inbox...
