Frankincense. It is still used today (though not as much) in Arabic countries. Read this article, it is very helpful.

Lavender oil is one of the very oldest perfumes known. It was used in ancient Rome. So is attar of roses.

There are other scents which have been used since ancient Egyptian and Persian days, like myrrh and frankincense.
