i'm talking about a stick, not liquid, but info about both would be fantastico!

Oh this is easy! So the problem is your left eye? Ok, whatever hand you write with, hold the pencial and with the other hand, gently pull the outside of your eye with one of your fingers. You can even close your eye if you like. And if you can't get close enough to the edge of your eye, just draw on some more eyeliner in your eyelash line. You will eventually get used to putting things close to your eye after awhile! Just practice

Put your finger at the outside edge of your eye and pull it towards your temple with your eye closed so your eyelid is tight. This makes your eyelid's surface smooth so either liquid or pencil will glide across easily. Do this while up close to a mirror hanging on the wall or a vanity. Don't use a handheld mirror while applying eyeliner because this is just making your job harder. I hope this helped and good luck!

Instead of a pencil, you could try using a thin brush and powder liner or eye shadow. It doesn't feel as harsh as a pencil, and it may help you practice enough to work up to a pencil. The powder and brush is easier to work into your lash line, as it is softer, but you may not give you as vivid a line that you want. Still, if you just want practice, it may be the way to go. Dampen the brush before you put it into the shadow, it will go on thicker.

Stand in front of a mirror and put your finger below your eye on the skin and pull down gently with your finger so that you can see the bottom of your eye lid...then apply your eyeliner right accross your eye lid

or

pull on your from the far outside corner and so that your eye looks slanted and closed and look through the other eye and apply it right under your bottom lashes....Hope it helps its kinda hard to explain....

ok, first stand 6inches from a mirror. determine the shape of your eye,(if they are close-set or large, outline only the outer corners, otherwise line the whole lid) pull your eye lid toward an upward angle and make a dashed(make the dashes close) line as close as possible to the eyelashes then if you want a smudges look, take a sponge tip and rub on eyeliner but dont make it so smudged you look gothic. and then repeat with the other eye

MAKE SURE YOUR PENCIL IS SHARPENED TO A NICE FINE POINT. GET A MAGNIFING MIRROR WILL HELP YOU TO BE ABLE TO SEE WHAT YOUR DOING ALOT BETTER TAKE YOUR PENCIL AND START ON THE YOUR EYELID IN THE MIDDLE RIGHT ABOVE THE CENTER OF YOUR EYE GET AS CLOSE TO YOUR LASH LINE AS POSSIBLE AND DO THE SAME WITH LOWER LASHES BOTH STOPPING AT LASHES MEET AT THE CORNER OF EYE.

Take a pencil liner. Start from the bottom outside of your eye & run it all the way to the front.
