IVE BEEN ON LINE FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS NOW AND INE OF THE FIRST HTINGS I LEARNED WAS TO HAVE AN ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM. I RECOMMEND MCAFEE. TECHIES IN MIDWST RECOMMEND AVG, NOT THE FREE BUT THE 33.30 A YEAR STUFF. DOWN SOUTH WHERE I'M WORKING NOW THE TECHIES LEAN TOWARDS NORTON. I'VE HEARD TO MANY BAD THINGS ABOUT THEM. NEVER HAVE HAD APROBLEM WITH MCAFEE. ANTISPYWARE, NO SPAM GREAT FIREWALL ETC... YOUR CALL, JUST STAY AWAY FROM THE FREE STUFF, JUST AN ENTICEMENT TO GET YOU TO BUY A MORE ADVANCED PROGRAM

Give up using Windows, and install Linux on your computer. Linux is immune to all viruses, malware, spyware and adware.
Go to www.distrowatch.com to find out how to get all the popular flavors of Linux...
...then do an image search for Linux screen grabs on Google.

it worked for me
i though i had a trojan turns out i didnt but discovered that i had some infected cookies and some anti malware all clear now
