The home of the New England Patriots has a large grey thing painted on the field. I understand it is a logo for Gillette but what is it?

If you go to the gillette stadium website you can see the picture the way it is supposed to look. It is a bridge and a building. On TV it looks sideways, if you looked at it from the seats in the stadium it's a little easier to make it out.
