Go to the store and get some saline spray, that might help by diluting the oil. They sell it at Walgreen's and CVS, and in an aerosol can, but flush plenty for 15 minutes Good luck

Amplifying matty's answer: Pour yourself a glass of milk. Get someone to tell you a joke while you are drinking the milk. This will send the milk up your nose, which may or may not solve the problem. Do this over the sink; the results will be disgusting. Sorry.
I bought my brother a bottle of hot sauce called "Hot Sauce From Hell," whcih was made with habanero peppers. If you don't get some kind of relief within 30 minutes or so, swallow your pride, go to emergency and get help. :-(

Well ,,,, Since the pepper is oil based you might try pure lemon juice on a cotton swab ,,,,, That should break down the concentration of the oil ,,,,,, Barring that ,,,,, I would suggest that you put some of the same in the other nostril and after your nose turns bright red then send an application for employment to Santa Claus ,,,, Rudolf was always over rated anyway ,,,,,

Ok Alton Brown from Good Eats said that a solution of sugar water deactivates the chemical in hot peppers.
Try dissolving sugar in lukewarm water then hold the glass under your nose.
Gently, GENTLY, suck the water into your nose. Careful you don't want to drown yourself. This should work immediatly.

Serious risk of damage to mucus membrane of nasal cavity.. seek medical treatment ASAP
sensitive tissues that produce mucus can be damaged by such harmful chemicals as pepper.
do not use water it will spread the heat
although a cold compress wrapped with a towel on outside of nose will help with the pain
go to ER now.....bye bye

well since the chemical in the habanero is oil based I suggest something other than water maybe ice cold milk would do better, water will just smear the chemical on your face, as for the nose use a cloth with cold milk and put it there and do not try to inhale the milk, good luck!!!

LOL! Sorry. That is so funny! Put face lotion in your nose (use a Q-tip and not your finger this time) and rub it around. It should cool down the burning sensation.

try milk (don't know how you'll get it in your nose! :o ) - maybe on a Q-tip or something.
Either that or cucumber. Some people say cucumber works well to take heat from peppers away.
Good luck. :(
