Eat sensibly. Drink lots and lots of water. (Water speeds up your metabolism and helps you burn more calories.) Get lots of exercise. Stay away from those calorie burning pills they advertise on TV. Tip: See your doctor first. She can give you an idea what your ideal weight should be and give you professional medical advice to attain it.
