I need a make over where can I get on in the Illinois area for minimal cost?

I don't wear much make up and would need help applying it. I am thinking of hair extensions but unsure of how to apply them anymore. I also need help coving old acne scars.

alot of the department stores will do your makeup for free and teach you how to apply it you have to got o a Yonkers, Kohl's or jc penny just go to the makeup counter extensions need to be done in a salon

Clinique is a good place for a FREE makeover...you would most likely have to set up an appointment for it tho. Its located in Carsons and their are other places as well in their that are free . Hope it helps
