Biological psychology is definitely related. Abnormal psychology if you're hearing things that aren't there.

Skinner's Behavioral, and Learing Theory but it all depends on aspect of hearing you mean gave two which focus on condition responses which very broadly could take in hearing. Never heard (no pun) of branch that deals just with the processing of sound.
