No, I've never heard of anything like this before in my life.
If these are the same angel shapes all the time -- and if they very slowly "sink" toward the horizon when you fix your gaze on the same thing, and if you cover one eye and see angels and cover the other and don't see any, then they are probably "floaters" in one of your eyes. Your eye doctor can help you with that.
If the shapes and angels change all the time, there is a good chance that you are imagining them, and I would recommend seeing a psychiatrist to see what further tests ought to be performed.

After reading the first few answers I realize that you are not getting the serious answers that you were seeking. My answer is a little different. If you were my son or daughter this is what I would tell you. First, go to the best doctor you know. Get a good physical, and an eye exam. This may be your problem. If you still see these visions after being checked out by a reputable physician talk to a minister, priest, or any other religious guide who you know. Tell them what you are telling us. They will not think that you are crazy? They will listen, and will give you some helpful advice as to how to deal with seeing something that others don't see. Good luck. I do not know if you are open to suggestability or if you are just unique, but people have been seeing (and hearing) things that others can't since the dawn of time. Wouldn't it be wonderful if they really were angels?

I think i know what you are talking about. "The visual shapes of Angels want let you stare exactly at it, the vision moves as your eyes move." for me i think there are dust particles, that lands on your eyes.. and when the dust particles land right beside your line of vision, when you try to stare at it, it seems to run away from your vision..

All of us have "debris" in the liquid inside of our eyes. These little floaters appear especially in daylight and when you try to look right at them they move or jerk out of the way. Sometimes it is almost like a "snow globe" effect for me. I move my eyes once, and I see the floaters drift downward. Also if you look at a really bright sky you may even see red blood cells moving in veins and arteries inside the eye.
People with migraine headaches also get visual distortions. Tell your eye doctor about them and he/she can check it out.

There might a permanent patch created on your eye's ratina while you were 16. The patch gets created on wall of ratina when you see a bright light (in your case an angle's shaped) continuously for long time.

I have a friend who experiences the similar things and it brought her closer to God because it was a gift and anointing. There is a reason for everything so search out in your heart what Gods purpose is for having you see these visuals.

Not to be funny, but you may actually be seeing blood cells. Sometimes when you are out of focus you can see your own, in your eyes, but only peripherally. When you move your eyes, they move out of focus

My wife see spirits of dead people and elemental spirits, don't think that you're going bonkers. i know a lot of people that can see stuff that others can't. Regular people just don't understand, if you do see angels, try communicating with them, maybe they have a message for you that people need to be heard.

An acupuncturist would say that you have "Liver blood deficiency". Easily fixed with a couple of acupuncture treatments or chinese herb treatments.
