I just broke a mirror. Is there anything I can do to stop the seven years of bad luck that are supposed to be coming?

If you just broke a mirror you might want to put some make up on. Seriously, I hope you really don't believe in that stuff.

There is no such thing as bad luck from breaking a mirror. The concept started when silvered glass was very expensive. Back then if you broke a mirror it would cost more than a years wages to get another one.
However, if you want to believe that you can have bad luck, the wives tales say to dispose of the glass in a pit dug on the night of the full moon, saying three hail maries, and the Lord's prayer as you walk backwards then forwards around the hole three times.

You create your own luck. The belief that smashed mirrors create bad luck is from Roman times, a time when people were eager to know what the future had in store for them. Don't worry. You'll be fine : 0)

Maybe you should pick up the pieces and throw them away.
Hey, I have broken a lot of mirrors--no bad luck has followed.
If you believe that silly superstition, you can make the bad luck become a self-fulfilling prophecy. You do not want to do that.

Take the mirror shards to a cemetary and touch them to a headstone. Or, you can burn the mirror untill they are black, wrap them in a cloth and throw them in a moving river. The first is better.

Yes, this happens all the time. Sweep it up and forget about it! This is a myth, as you know. Free will is not overtaken by myth. Have a good seven years!

first of all theres no such thing as bad luck and if u broke a mirror its not bad luck theres no such thing..ur not gona havr 7 years of bad luck its karma
