I have skinny arms and skinny legs, but I have a little bit of a belly for some reason. I just bought a dress that I love, and as you can imagine, I think I look fat cause my belly protudes a little bit. I'm so self conscience about it...what can I do? I wearing it in 5 days so please dont tell me to exercise...I need a quick fix! Thanks

Go to the intimate apparel department of a good department store and get the most knowledgeable woman working there to help you find the best undergarment to help you pull yourself together and look your best.

Not much to do now. You are carrying belly fat. That means you must eat fatty foods, bread, pasta, potato chips, candy and drink soda. All of that has to be eliminated. You can stop them all forthe next 5 days and make a dent in that belly. Exercising for the week would be a good start to a more permanent solution. Also, drink 8 glasses of water every day. You will begin to see a difference and want to keep it up.

I would advise a body slimmer you can pick them up anywhere from the mall to Kmart and Target. I used one when I had a wedding to go too :)

Also I would like to say I resent the comments on here that say," Since you have Belly Fat that MUST mean you eat fatty foods". I am vegetarian eat very healthy and am a big girl, I am active and have a thyroid condition that works against me in the weight department. I am also medically trained and some ppl do not even know they have conditions hendering their weight loss.

This girl wanted to know what she can do now to look her best .

Wear a girdle, body slimmer, or high waist undeies, boostier. Since your arms are skinny wear a jacket that mid length, or a cloke/asymetrical poncho that is light weight to cover your mid section. Have you thought about a long scarf that drapes to cover the arms and you can hold across your middle. I don know if this will be ok but you can try one of those large belts from the 80's that are in style again to hide you mid section. Good luck!

i know a diet that really work
my friend lose 5kg in a week
so morning
3 hard boil egg
and coffea
and 1 toast with nothing
and grupfruits
as many as you want

lunch the same
dinner can add add just a little of vegetable
and if you really want meat
once in 3 days you can eat skinny meat for dinner

and every day just do a lot of exercise

u shouldnt be self conscience because i have skinny arms and legs and a little belly too but if i want to hide it i wear a grudle

You should get a "body shaper" that will minimize that little tummy. My girlfriend uses it and it really molded her body so well that she looked very slim. This will work wonders since you have a little tummy - if it is a kangaroo pouch, the body shaper might not work. Your tummy probably looks more pronounced because you are small framed and it just stands out. The body shaper will help flatten that little trouble spot. :)

to tell you the truth, alot of people are self conscience about the way they look. their body image. as you grow older your body grows too. and there is always going to be something that you don't like but you have to learn to accept it. it's you. it's real. you can't exactly change it. besides everyone has a little pudge. you shouldn't worry. you just have to learn to accept it.

sit-ups really are the way to go. do 30 in the morning, 30 sometime in the day, and 30 at night. its amazing. i cant find the article, but i got it off the internet and it really does work. and it doesnt really do anything with your other body parts except your stomach. my stomach went way down really really fast. also, drink water with every meal, and avoid process foods.

maybe you could wear a girdle or the wrap that Amanda Bynes wore in shes the man.
