It's easier for me to laugh at others jokes for I am not a good joke teller. I try to make people laugh when I can.

it depends -- a) the context b) the social environment c) the physical environment d) the type of joke e) social or business context e) ethnic or blond type of joke -- and a combination of all or some of the above...

I like both, but since I am both sarcastic and have a dry sense of humor, laughing is easier.
