I prefer cloth. I personally just like the way it looks more than leather, and it's also more comfortable to sit down on after your vehicle has been sitting in the sun for a few hours, and you're wearing shorts.
Oh, and I have this excellent stain remover, so I never have to worry about spilling things, and getting my cloth seats stained.

I prefer leather seats because you can get the optional heated seats! They are awesome when it is cold outside! Plus leather stays cleaner.

Cloth gets really nasty after a while, and i find leather more comfertable.
