Yes, we should consider everyone's feelings here, regardless of whether they are GLBT.

Respect and mutual respect is a must.

Not all people accept us bisexuals as being part of the LGBT community, which makes no sense to me.

The question still isn't necessarily in the right place. Since it seems to be referring to a strictly male/female relationship it would probably be more appropriate in a another section. A correct bi question would be something like, "Do women like people in uniform" or "What do you think of men in uniform" Something that's not quite as gender specific is what I'm getting at.

Then again the question can still be applied to bisexuals even when it is gender specific. So I guess it's just not as easily associated with different sexualities. This is strictly and objective observation.

Hallelujah! I've been meaning to post a question here about that- people who very angrily say 'What's this doing in GLBT?' when bisexuals have thoughts that are deemed 'straight'. Does that make us not a part of GLBT? I guess we'll have to keep mentioning that we are bisexual for the questions to be accepted.

Thanks for the post- I'll second that feeling! Let's put a stop to bi-invisibility!

i think it is kinda a hidden thing that bi-sexual people or those that label themselves that, will always be a considered second class citizens in the GLBT community...it's out of fear and because we want someone to pick on

You have to remember, the only people that have to be tolerant, are the straight people, and sometimes bi seems straight. So don't be offended if they are exercising their right to be non-tolerant of you.
