1.IP address is usually dynamic.Check you IP
in www.auditmypc.com. at different times.
If it changes your IP address is dynamic.
2.If static IP you cannot change it.Only your ISP can do it.

there r several ways i'll let u know of the easiest way.
click start -> thn click control panel -> thn double click network connections/network & internet connections -> over here if u click network & internet connections thn u have to double click on network connections -> now u'll b able to c local area connection under LAN or high speed internet connection -> if ur not able to c that thn the s/w may not be installed on ur computer plz refer to ur computer vendor. -> right click on local area connection -> click last option properties -> now highlight option Internet Protocol & click on properties below -> over here if u select second option "use the following IP address" u should be able to change IP to ur choice
