Thor is more then just his weather manipulating powers. He has goldy strength, durability and stamina. He is a fighter born and in a brawl could hold his own with the Hulk. His parrellel, Storm, has normal human strength and durability. Even if she could warp the storms whipped up by Mjolnir, one tap from that Uru hammer and she goes down.
Sunfire and Human Torch are a similar contest of intensity. Both are immune to fire and heat so they would need to find another way to harm one another. Sunfire has the advantage since he can also emit radiation. Presubably this would mean his irradiated blasts could harm Johnny and take him out of the fight.
And if they are still locked in a stalemate then Thor could call down some lightning to take out the Human Torch.
So i give this fight to Thor and Sunfire.

Not so easy as some would think - I'd put money on Thor and Sunfire, simply because Thor is a God, and that kind of firepower can't be dealt with easily, while Storm is merely human (even though she's a mutant, she's still human). And once Storm was down, it'd be a snap to just fry Johnny (Human Torch) with a couple of lightning bolts....Hasta La Vista, Johnny!

if the human torch and sunfire went at it, human torch would win that on his powers are beyond a normal mutant as far as im conserned. Thor and storm would fight in a battle of who controls the weather best just because thor didn't want to pound her face in with his hammer. Although storm is good i don't think he sould acctually take him in that because well hes the god of thunder it's his job to control weather. So that brings it down to the human torch and thor. Although human torch is powerfull he wouldn't be able to stand up to the thunder god, thor might not be able to hit him with his hammer while torch flys around fast but all the lightning and storms of ice would get him or since the torch is arogen he might just fly up to him and take a hammer in the face who knows i say thor is the last one standing

Thor and Sunfire win hands down. Sunfire beats HT with his superior training in the martial arts and Thor against Storm is a no brainer. A weather witch can't beat a thunder god.

Thor would win by hilself. The God of Thunder would just laugh at Storm like he did in the "Contest of Champions". And the Human Torch? He fights Surter, a demon composed entirely of fire daily. So, yeah, Thor wins.

I don't know if you would recall a story from a while back when Ororo was temporarily w/o her powers (I think it was due to being shot by Forge's Neutralizer prototype) and Loki arranged for her to have an uru hammer of her own, made by the dwarves, so that she was then truly Storm, the goddess of thunder!
I always felt bad that she and Thor had to be on opposite sides in that story, but of course Loki was manipulating her. I still think that if only Thor had appreciated her properly, she could have made the big guy forget all about Lady Syph-- I mean, Sif, and she could have been Thor's goddess of thunder-thighs, instead of T'Challa's. But that's how the baked goodies disintegrate.

Thor would smash them all with one swing of Mjolnir. Storm doesn't have the mastery of weather that he does as he's been doing that MUCH longer than her. As far as Sunfire vs Johnny Storm I don't even know who Sunfire is.

Storm and Human Torch theres no competition there...Thor would be a bit of a problem but freezin his body or having the human torch deprive him of oxygen would end it (Fantastic Four the movie).
