Y+X=10^26
X*.02=Y

So:
51X/50=10^26
X=5*10^27/51
Y=10^26/51

2% of x=y
=>(2/100)*x=y
=>x=50y

y+x=1000000000000000000...
=>y=(10000......)/51
=>x=50/51(100000000000.......)
