It really depends on what it is. Certain fantasies probably mean that you should see a therapist (like molesting a child or murdering someone), but if it's like "Oh I wish I could rob this bank" then there's really not anything to worry about.
Care to tell us what your fantasies are about?

why...if you are just fantasizing, then where is the harm. and even if you act upon these fantasies, unless they are breaking laws you aren't doing anything wrong. Just because society says this is wrong doesn't make it wrong in the eyes of the law.
