I need some ideas!!! for my birthday! i have nothing to do all i have in mind is going to olive garden well i dont know what to do i cant have a SPA party cause my friend is doing it and her birthday is right next to mine so i need something else like where could we go for a birthday??? besides olive garden!

Take a limo go to the movies and MAKE A SCENE! It's your b-day have fun! LOL

I don't know how much $$$ your parents have to spend. A limo would be awesome - but pricey. You could make stops at the arcade - the mall - a park. Buy disposable cameras and take lots of pictures of each other at each place you go.
Or - if you have a big house (or even medium size house) and a lot of friends - sleepovers are great. You can watch movies, listen to music, and play Mad Libs. Also - a really fun game is Sardines! It's like hide and go seek - but instead one person hides and everybody else scatters and tries to find them. When you find the hider - you don't run to base or tag them - you quietly get into the hiding place with them. You end up with a bunch of people squooshed into the closet - or the shower stall - or under the bed - and you're just like SARDINES! Way fun!
Another idea would be paint ball - if you have a paint ball place where you live. Or how about an ice skating rink, a roller rink or bowling? Sometimes if you have enough people they'll have a private party for you.
Hope that gives you some good suggestions other than Olive Garden.

You could stay at home and have a sleepover and onething you could play is truth or dare with balloons,what u do is write what u wont them to do and put it in the balloons before blowing them up,tap them on to a wall get darts and pop them and what ever they get from the balloon they hafe to do.

have a sleep over at a hotel...u can use their indoor heated pool if it is cold or the regular pool if it's hot outside..some hotels have 2 rooms together separated by a door in case ur parents have to b there they can b in the next room

on my sons 13th b-day i rented him a hall and he had a dance party with fake alcholic drinks and with some parental observation and my other sons 13th we did a theme park trip with bout 20 friends.
