Do you think there will be recounts and lawsuits and delayed absentee vote countings. Please try to keep it nonpartisan

In most states there is a certain time frame when the Sec. of State has to verify the election. Usually it is 2 weeks after the election is over.

There will probably be at least one contested election somewhere in the country. There are nearly five hundred elections going on in just Congressional races. I think it is likely that we will know who controls Congress on the night of election day, even though we may not know all the individual election results.
