I had my period on the 27th of October, and I am currently on clomid, and metformin. My question is the last two days I am having brown discharge, that looks like right before your period starts, or finishes. It burned to have sex last week, and still burns sometimes to pee. I know this couldnt be implantation bleeding, could it be a side effect of clomid, or an infection?

Sounds like a urinary track infection. But to be on the safe side, go to your doctor and have him/her check ou out.

If it burns to pee you could have a urinary tract infection or something, I would call your doctor.
